The Partner-Led Model Was Born from a Simple Observation

For years, international beauty brands faced the same dilemma when considering Greater China: commit to expensive, long-term distributor contracts with limited control and transparency — or stay out of the region entirely.

We saw a gap. Brands wanted entry, not entrapment. They wanted partnership, not gatekeeping.

Yan International was founded to fill that gap. We built a model that gives brands the infrastructure of a local operation with the flexibility of a service partnership. No multi-year lock-ins. No loss of brand control. No hidden agendas.

Today, we serve as the dedicated market entry partner for beauty brands across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.
